Please note, payments for hot tubs must be made in full on the morning of delivery.
Once a spa has a confirmed delivery date and has been invoiced you will no longer be able to update these details apart from the customer name so please ensure they are correct before requesting an invoice or delivery.
If for any reason you need to change the details after this point, please ensure you contact a member of the logistics team to update this.
